The proceedings of the conference are available at the following address :

Proceedings of the conference will be published in Open Access in EPJ Web of Conferences
(journal referenced in SCOPUS and Web of Science).

The contributions will be reviewed by a referee.

The proceedings will be in Open Access and available via the EPJ Web of Conference website.

The manuscripts should be provided in a format following this Template. There are no page limitations since no paper copies will be printed. They have to be sent to the conference mailing address : ucans8@sciencesconf.org

We ask the authors to follow very strictly the template since the manuscripts will be provided as "camera ready" files to the editor.

The deadline for submission is currently set to September 30^th 2019.
