As announced earlier, the attendees list with email to contact them is now available.

A detailed program file is now available in a pdf format. It contain links to the presentations made available by authors. It will be updated on the fly with presentations received later on.

Tha center of Saclay ask us to send them the final list of participants to the visit of the labs of the 11th by Friday morning. If you would like to follow the visit, please send us as soon as possible the following personal information's : gender (male/female), given name, family name, date, town and country of birth, nationality and institution you are working for.

We just learned that metro line 6 will not be operated between Trocadero and Montparnasse. Replacement buses will be available but could be a bit difficult to found for people not used to Paris transport. We suggest to use RER line B followed by C to reach the conference dinner. Glaciere, the closest metro station from the conference site is open. Use https://www.ratp.fr/en to plan your metro trip in Paris.

Due to the much larger number of participants than expected to the UCANS-8 conference, we will have to limit the number of participants to the visit of our laboratories in Saclay to the capacity of the 2 buses we have for the transport. This limit will be reached soon. We remind you that to participate, you have to give the organizers the following personal information's : gender (male/female), given name, family name, date, town and country of birth, nationality and institution you are working for.

Dear Ucans-8 attendees, The payment of the registration fees with American Express credit card was not possible up to now. A change in the configuration has been done, and this is now possible.

A short warning on dinners. Paris being a very touristic city, we will not organized dinners except on Tuesday evening. You will find quite easely from yourself many restaurants in surrounding area of the conference location or in other touristic places like Notre-Dame, Champs-Elysées, Montmartre, Opera, Eiffel tower or plenty other ones. They all can be easely reached by metro that operates from 5:30 to 0:30.

Dear attendees, Due to some imperfect settings of our web site, we have to warn you that payement of fees in cash at arrival will not be possible. However, a computer with internet connection will be available to do the payement by credit card. No attendance will ne possible without the payment of fees.

Attendees having some special dietary needs are requested to contact the organizers (alain.menelle@cea.fr) in order to take it properly in account.

We now offer the possibility to pay your registration fees with credit card through Weezevent. You have to do that through our "Registration fees" page; see lower part of the page.

Saclay being a French nuclear research center, the entrance is subject to an authorization request send to our security authorities. The access may be not allowed to some persons. If you want to do the visit, and have not yet ask for, you are invited to contact Alain Menelle (alain.menelle@cea.fr) as soon as possible, in order to ask for this authorization and have time to try to do something if we do not obtain it.

Due to the high number of registrations, we changed room. The main conference room will now be Bruxelles.

The posters must be of a max width of 90 cm; the use of an A0 format in portait mode is encouraged. Posters will be attached on grids of a height of about 2m.

The preliminary program based on proposed contributions and program committee propositions is available on the web site. Final validations are underway.
